CVS Health - Store manager sees the possibilities in people

Sometimes people just need to be given a chance and that's what Axel Garay, a store manager in Rockville, Maryland, does so well.

Celia Lichtman had been turned down for multiple jobs. Admittedly, her speech impediment made her self-conscious. 'Axel saw something in me that none of those other employers had seen and I'm extremely grateful,' says Celia.

Celia is one of six graduates Axel has hired through the Abilities in Abundance program that trains people for meaningful careers with CVS Health. Together, they've created a top store with a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues alike.
