POSTPONEMENT OF DISCUSSION OF THE FIRST POINT ON THE AGENDA OF THE

EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 17 MAY 2021

Rome, 10 May 2021 - CY4GATE (AIM: CY4) ‐ a company active in all areas of the cyber market, announces that the first point on the agenda of the upcoming Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting, which will be held on 17 May, "Proposal to give the Board of Directors the power to increase share capital against consideration pursuant to article 2443 of the Italian Civil Code" will not be resolved upon during the aforesaid meeting on 17 May 2021 and, therefore, shareholders intending to participate must fill out the form delegating the Designated Representative available on the company's website: www.cy4gate.com (section: governance - shareholders' meetings - 2021) with voting instructions solely for point 2 on the agenda.

Point 1 on the agenda will be addressed at a subsequent CY4Gate shareholders' meeting, which will be called within the terms and as provided for by law as soon as more detailed information is available on the allocation of the proceeds from the share capital increase, particularly with respect to the timing, structure and scope of a potential acquisition currently in the due diligence phase, so the shareholders may express their vote on the basis of more complete information.
