CyberBuzz, Inc. (TSE:7069) agreed to acquire Style Architect Company Limited from Naoki Tsunashima on October 13, 2021. As per terms, CyberBuzz, Inc. shall acquire 60 shares equivalent to 100% stake held by Naoki Tsunashima. The transaction is resolved by the board and the contract is concluded on October 13, 2021. The transaction is expected to complete in mid November 2021.
CyberBuzz, Inc. is a Japan-based company principally engaged in the advertising and marketing business through social media such as blogs, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
