Business Summary

Cypark Resources Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. Its Renewable energy segment is engaged in renewable energy businesses related to sales of energy generated from solar projects, engineering, procurement, construction and commissions (EPCC) in solar projects, operations and maintenance for solar projects and other related specialist and consultancy works on solar. Its Construction & engineering segment is engaged in provision of landscape services, project management services, civil and structural works and infrastructure developments. Its Green Tech & Environmental Services segment is engaged in provision of specialist maintenance works on leachate treatment plants, biogas and biomass activities. Its Waste Management & Waste-To-Energy segment is engaged in construction of Waste-To-Energy (WTE) plant, sale of energy related to WTE Integrated plant, operations and maintenance for WTE plant and related facilities, tipping fees from landfill operation.
