Cypress Technology Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 516.407 million compared to TWD 578.992 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 74.099 million compared to TWD 88.086 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 62.484 million compared to TWD 74.358 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.27 compared to TWD 1.52 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 1.26 compared to TWD 1.52 a year ago.
CYPRESS TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of professional and intelligent audio-visual products and display products. The professional and intelligent audio-visual products include televisions (TVs) scalers, splitters, switchers, high definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video signal generators and extenders, video effect mixers, TV pattern generators and display port series. The professional and intelligent display products include liquid crystal displays (LCDs) and TV walls. The Company's products are applied in home theaters, conference centers, medical centers, shopping malls and cinemas, among others.
