An extraordinary general meeting will be held in Cyviz AS on 24 March 2021 at 12:00 CET. The notice to the extraordinary general meeting is enclosed and available at www.cyviz.com. The general meeting will be held at the Company's premises in Drammensveien 165, 0287 Oslo. Due to the Covid-19 situation and to follow the current authorities' guidelines and regulations, we encourage all shareholders to give a power of attorney to the chairman of the board of directors instead of physical attendance. 

Power of attorney must be received by 23 March 2021 at 12:00
