Nature and details of the action(s) taken, initiated or order(s) passed: A total demand of INR 44.2 million has been confirmed: - Tax Demand u/s 28(4) of the Customs Act, 1961 - INR 10.60 million; Interest u/s 28AA- as applicable (not quantified in order); Penalty u/s 114A & 114AA - INR 21.1 million; and Fine u/s 125(2) - INR 12.5 million.
