The company announced the retirement of Satoru Sato as Managing Executive Officer and Kyoichi Saito as Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2018. The company appointed Tetsuya Kikuta as Managing Executive Officer, Tsuyoshi Kawamoto as Executive Officer, Hidehiko Sogano as Executive Officer, Jyunichiro Joyama treated like Executive Officer and Takahiro Shibagaki treated like Executive Officer, effective April 1, 2018. Tetsuya Kikuta is in charge of asset management as Managing Executive Officer and Chief General Manager of Investment at The Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company, Limited. Overall, he has the capacity to carry out duties as an executive officer of Dai-ichi Life Holdings, Inc. with precision, fairness and efficiency. Tsuyoshi Kawamoto has held key positions for the company to enter new fields such as alliance business and bancassurance business. He also played a key role in setting up of The Dai-ichi Frontier Life Insurance Co.
