Daifuku Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the first three quarters of 2019. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 318,802 million against JPY 330,655 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 28,921 million against JPY 38,108 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 29,518 million against JPY 39,033 million a year ago. Net income was JPY 22,322 million against JPY 33,074 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share were JPY 173.23 against JPY 259.93 a year ago.
For the year, the company expects net sales of JPY 440,000 million, operating income of JPY 39,000 million, ordinary income of JPY 39,700 million, net income attributable to owners of parent of JPY 28,500 million and net income per share of JPY 226.47.
