Daiwa House Industry Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the fiscal year ended march 2019. For the year, net sales stood at JPY 4,143.5 billion, increased by 9.2% year-on-year. Operating income, JPY 372.1 billion, up by 7.2%. Ordinary income, JPY 359.4 billion, up by 4.3%. And net income attributable to owners of the parent, JPY 237.4 billion, up by 0.5%. Earnings per share were JPY 357.29, up by 0.4% year-on-year.

Company's plan for the current fiscal year is net sales of JPY 4,250 billion, operating income of JPY 378 billion, ordinary income of JPY 376 billion and net income attributable to owners of the parent of JPY 252 billion. Company has not incorporated any impact from employees' retirement benefit into its business performance forecast for fiscal year 2019.

The company revised the annual dividend from the previously announced JPY 110 to JPY 114, resulting in a dividend payout ratio of 31.9%.

The company also planning an annual dividend payment of JPY 115 per share, with projected dividend payout ratio of 30.3% for the next fiscal year.
