Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation (TSE:8986) agreed to acquire N-stage Gyotoku II, N-stage Yamato and N-stage Ichikawakonodai for ¥6.6 million on June 21, 2024. A cash consideration of ¥6.62 million will be paid by Daiwa Securities Living Investment Corporation. As part of consideration, ¥6.62 million is paid towards assets of N-stage Gyotoku II, N-stage Yamato and N-stage Ichikawakonodai.

For the period ending December 31, 2023, N-stage Gyotoku II, N-stage Yamato and N-stage Ichikawakonodai reported total revenue of ¥26.06 million. The properties have Total floor area of 2,868.68 m², 2,802.73 m² and 2,702.68 m² respectively.

The expected completion of the transaction is August 2, 2024.
