D.Y.M Partners Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 14.17% stake in Daiyang Metal Co., Ltd. from Bb1 Association for KRW 12 billion.

D.Y.M Partners Co., Ltd. signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 14.17% stake in Daiyang Metal Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A009190) from Bb1 Association for KRW 12 billion on May 23, 2025. D.Y.M Partners Co., Ltd. will acquire 6 million shares at a price of KRW 2000 per share. As part of consideration, KRW 6 billion will be paid on the date of contract signing and the balance of KRW 6 billion will be paid by June 23, 2025.

The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of Daiyang Metal Co., Ltd. The transaction is expected to close by June 23, 2025.
