Danaos Corporation reported earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2022. For the first quarter, the company reported sales was USD 229.9 million compared to USD 132.12 million a year ago. Net income was USD 331.47 million compared to USD 296.78 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 16.02 compared to USD 14.62 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 16 compared to USD 14.47 a year ago.
