Major shareholder disclosure in Prosafe SE by Danske Bank AS

We hereby declare that after financial restructuring process of Prosafe SE and
new trade event Danske Bank A/S as of December 20 have 883,682,474.00 shares
corresponding to 10.04 % of the total share capital and the voting rights.
Danske Bank A/S has no other shares or rights in Prosafe SE. Danske Bank A/S has
no financial exposure in Prosafe SE following the transaction described in this
statement. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements set out in
