INVITATION TO ATTEND EXECUTIVE INVESTOR RELATIONS COURSE

DSE will conduct a 3 days Executive Investor Relations Course from 20th March 2023 to 24th March 2023. The course is aimed at enhancing skills and capacity of Investor Relations Officers and stakeholders.

Investor Relations role has a direct impact on a company market value. This is a major responsibility, given the competition for investment capital with companies across the world.

During this course, you will be equipped with knowledge on how to:

• build strong relations with analysts and investors;
• build an effective investment case;
• reduce investor anxiety about emerging market and country issues;
• build an effective investor relations website ;
• counter the demands of investor activists?;
• design and execute investor engagement strategy;
• construct company and country messaging to build international investor interest;
• understand disclosure and investor engagement regulations;
• know the questions environmental, social and governance (ESG) specialists will ask; and
• build your company's profile among media, analysts and shareholders.
