Dare Power Dekor Home Co.,Ltd., at the Annual General Meeting held on 19 May 2020 approved election of Liu Jie and Feng Meng as independent directors of the company.
The company also approved cash dividend/10 shares (tax included) of CNY 1.30000000 for 2019.
Dare Power Dekor Home Co Ltd is a China-based company mainly engaged in the production and sales of artificial boards and floors. The main products of the floor business include laminate floors, three-layer solid wood floors, multi-layer solid wood floors, solid wood floors, stone plastic composite floors (SPC) and wood plastic composite floors (WPC).
