Datadog, Inc. (NasdaqGS:DDOG) entered into definitive agreement to acquire Hdiv Security SL on May 5, 2022. The transaction is subject to certain customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals, and is expected to close before the end of Q3 2022.
