Datang Environment Industry Group Co., Ltd. announced due to work adjustment, (i) Mr. Liu Yinshun a deputy general manager of the company has resigned from his current position of the company commencing from 17 August 2018; (ii) Mr. Zeng Bing (‘Mr. Zeng’), the secretary of the Board, the joint company secretary and an authorised representative of the company, has resigned from the aforementioned positions of the company with effect from 17 August 2018; and (iii) Mr. Zhang Keyan (‘Mr. Zhang’), the chief accountant of the company has resigned from his current position of the Company commencing from 17 August 2018. Mr. Liu Yinshun and Mr. Zhang will leave the Company upon their resignations, and Mr. Zeng will continue to act as the secretary of the disciplinary committee of the Company. The Board announced that Mr. Liu Weihua, Mr. Ren Haitao and Mr. Wang Changqing have been appointed as deputy general managers of the company commencing from 17 August 2018. From December 2011 to July 2018, Ren worked at China Datang Corporation (renamed subsequently as China Datang Corporation Ltd. Mr. Wang Changqing joined Datang Environment Technologies & Engineering Co. Ltd. (renamed subsequently as China Datang Technologies & Engineering Co. Ltd.), a subsidiary of the Company, in September 2006, where he served successively as the deputy general manager of the denitrification business department, deputy general manager of the environmental protection business department and deputy general manager of the desulphurization and denitrification business department. The Board announced that Mr. Wang Guanghui has been appointed as the Chief Accountant commencing from 17 August 2018. Mr. Wang Guanghui, aged 50. Mr. Wang Guanghui joined the company in December 2017, and served as the director of the finance and property right management department. On 17 August 2018, the Board of the Company appointed Ms. Zhu Mei (‘Ms. Zhu’) as the Secretary of the Board, and the Joint Company Secretary and Authorised Representative under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Ms. Zhu shall assume the aforementioned duties since the date of her appointment until the expiry of the second session of the Board of the Company.
