The Annual General Meeting of Dätwyler Holding Inc., held on 7 March 2023, approved the following dividend payment for the 2022 fiscal year: CHF 3.20 per bearer share at a par value of CHF 0.05 (on presentation of coupon 17). CHF 0.64 per registered share at a par value of CHF 0.01 (will be remitted directly to the registered stockholder). The net dividend will be paid free of charge from 13 March 2023 after deduction of 35% Swiss withholding tax.
The ex-dividend date is 9 March 2023.
