Management of reichelt elektronik GmbH & Co. KG and Invision AG signed a contract to acquire reichelt elektronik GmbH & Co. KG from Dätwyler Holding AG (SWX:DAE) on September 6, 2021.

reichelt elektronik GmbH & Co. KG reported revenue of CHF 188.8 million for the year ended December 31, 2020. Transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearance and antitrust clearance.

The closing of the transaction is expected during autumn of 2021. Christoph O. Marsh acted as insurance adviser to Invision. Alexander Fischer and Tino Marz of Baker McKenzie acted as legal advisors to Datwyler. Niederer Kraft Frey advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd., acting as agent, security agent and coordinator, and the banking syndicate in the financing of Invision's acquisition of Reichelt Elektronik.
