This Form 8-K/A is being filed as an amendment to the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by Dave & Buster's Entertainment, Inc. (the "Company") with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 5, 2022 (the "Original Form 8-K"). The Original Form 8-K reported the date of Rob Edmund's resignation incorrectly. It should have been reported as "On August 1, 2022, Rob Edmund, the Company's Corporate Secretary and Senior Vice President and Chief People and Legal Officer, tendered his resignation effective August 31, 2022 to pursue another opportunity out of state. Mr. Edmund's departure is not as a result of any dispute with the Company."
