Milan, February 28th, 2020-Further to the announcement on December 20th, 2019 of the signing for the acquisition of 100% of the French distributor Baron Philippe de Rothschild France Distribution S.A.S., Campari Group announces today the successful completion of the deal, after having obtained the antitrust clearance, and the ensuing change of company name to 'Campari France Distribution S.A.S.'.

The deal was closed according to the terms of the acquisition agreement as previously disclosed.
