Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders. On June 10, 2021, DaVita Inc. (the "Company") held its virtual 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders ("Annual Meeting"). Represented virtually or by proxy at the Annual Meeting were 93,742,657 shares of the Company's common stock, or 87.92% of its outstanding shares of common stock as of the record date of the Annual Meeting. The proposals presented at the Annual Meeting are described in detail in the Company's Proxy Statement. The vote results detailed below represent final results as certified by the Inspector of Elections. Proposal 1. Election of Directors.
