DCC plc (LSE:DCC) acquired United Propane Gas Companies, Inc. recently. The consideration was paid in cash on completion from DCC's extensive resources. The combined enterprise value of the two transactions (another one being a recent smaller bolt-on acquisition completed in Colorado) is $145 million.
The acquisition will be earnings enhancing.
