Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain
Officers.
On October 29, 2020, Mr. Brent Backes, Group Vice President and General Counsel,
provided notice of his decision to retire from DCP Midstream GP, LLC, the
general partner of the general partner of DCP Midstream, LP (the "Company"),
effective December 31, 2020.
The Company greatly appreciates Mr. Backes for his many years of excellent
service and contributions to the organization and wishes him the very best in
retirement.
Mr. George Green, currently Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, will
become General Counsel of the Company following the retirement of Mr. Backes.
Mr. Green joined the Company's legal department in 2014 and has since held roles
of increasing responsibility. Prior to joining the Company, he was an attorney
in private practice where he represented clients in business disputes, contract
claims, product liability cases, and environmental matters.
