Peek & Cloppenburg KG acquired A/S Th. Wessel & Vett, Magasin du Nord from Debenhams plc on May 25, 2021. After the transaction Magasin du Nord will remain an independent company. Christian Möller and Georg Seyfarth of Hengeler Mueller Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB and Hans Christian Pape and Marie Funch Lind of Horten Law Firm acted as legal advisors to Peek & Cloppenburg. Lazard & Co., Limited acted as financial advisor to Debenhams plc.

Peek & Cloppenburg KG completed the acquisition of A/S Th. Wessel & Vett, Magasin du Nord from Debenhams plc on May 25, 2021. Oliver Hubertus, Frank Stahl , Uwe Roth, Sebastian Hafner, Matus Bonko and Lars Brandt of Baker Tilly International Limited acted as accountant to Peek & Cloppenburg KG.
