In accordance with the appropriate transparency legislation (Act of 2 May 2007) Deceuninck NV discloses that it received a notification dated 25 November 2014 from Fidec NV, controlled by Frank Deceuninck, on 2 December 2014. According to this notification Fidec NV crossed the
5% barrier downwards and owns 5,793,990 voting rights (4.32% of the total number of shares
outstanding i.e. 134,163,287 shares) on 24 September 2014.

Proportion for disclosure set by Articles of Association

According to the Articles of Association of Deceuninck NV and according to article 18 of the Act of 2 May 2007 regarding the disclosure of important shareholdings, the proportion for the disclosure of holding has been established at 3%, subsequently at 5% and each multiple of 5%.
