Delegat Group Limited (NZSE:DGL) entered into an agreement to acquire 838 hectare farm in the Crownthorpe region of Hawkes Bay from Hopkins Farming Group Ltd for NZD 29.3 million on May 6, 2015. The acquisition will be funded within Delegat Group Limited's long term bank facilities. The deal is expected to close in May 2016.
