Tel Aviv - Delek Group (TASE: DLEKG) ('the Company') announces that on May 13, 2021 Ithaca Energy Ltd ('Ithaca') completed the redetermination process of the Reserve Based Lending (RBL) facility together with a consortium of its lender banks, and announced a dividend distribution of USD 15 million to a foreign subsidiary of the Company that holds Ithaca's entire share capital.
