Before we embark on a new year, we wanted to look back on the many changes not only in the food delivery industry but in the world as a whole. Last year brought many challenges but change is the backbone of innovation. In times of uncertainty, new ways of tackling challenges inspire long-term improvements.
We wanted to take a moment to reflect on some of the highlights of the past year that have become the foundation on which we will build the year to come.

The program provides an eco-friendly, 100% plant-based, and perfluoroalkoxy-alkanes (PFAS) free alternative to plastic packaging for local restaurants across the globe. The journey to bringing the program to life was a long one. Beginning in 2019, the dedicated work of the Corporate Social Responsibility team means the program is now active in eight markets The long-term goal is to take the program worldwide, at first by doubling its availability in 2022.
