(b) Delta Air Lines, Inc. ("Delta") today announced that W. Gil West, Delta's Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has notified Delta of his decision to retire from the company, effective October 2, 2020. A copy of a memo from Ed Bastian, Delta's Chief Executive Officer, to all employees of Delta announcing Mr. West's retirement, is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
