Delta Drone finalizes the acquisition of 51% of Techni Drone

As announced on 10 February 2017, Delta Drone has finalized the acquisition of 51% of Techni Drone's capital, thus taking another step in its structural development for the French marketin civilian drones for professional use.

With respect to the training of professional civilian-­‐drone pilots, a division bringing together the subsidiary EFD -­‐ Ecole Française du Drone and Techni Drone's training department, now headed by Pierre-­‐Emmanuel Leclere, the Delta Drone Group is a leader in this sector in France, with over 700 people trained and a strong national presence, with training sessions available in Baix (07), Lyon (69), Grenoble (38), Pornic (44), Bordeaux (33), Toulouse (31), Brétigny-­‐sur-­‐Orge (91), Tarbes (65) and Annecy (74).

With respect to its services for the quarrying sector, the Group currently has many references,which include major groups in the sector (Eurovia, Vicat, Eiffage, Lafarge, Colas, Titanobel, GSM) as well as regional and local players. Headed by Michaël Pastor, this division covers almost 40% of the French market under both the Delta Drone et Techni Drone brands and should show strong sales growth 2017.

In view of the expected synergies, Techni Drone should contribute over €1M to the Group's consolidated revenue in 2017 and should at least break even.
