First major commercial success in West Africa:

Signature of a $200K contract

Rocketmine Ghana, with the support of MTSI on both technical and operational levels, landed a contract worth close to $200K regarding a LIDAR mapping assignment for a large-scalehighway-construction project that is to connect Abidjan (Ivory Coast) to Lagos (Nigeria) and pass through Accra (Ghana), Lomé (Togo) and Cotonou (Benin).

This major infrastructure project, which represents the construction of a highway spanning approximately 1 028 km, is managed by ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States) and is receiving financial support from many international organizations, including the World Bank and the European Union.

The assignment in question is part of the preliminary studies that will determine the layout of the future highway. It concerns the Ghanaian portion of the road, i.e., 425 km between the border with the Ivory Coast to the west and that with Togo to the east. It will make it possible to set the exact layout while taking into account the possible adaption and inclusion of certain portions that already exist.

For the Delta Drone Group, this is a major business achievement for a few reasons:

• The size of the contract is significant and represents an outstanding reference for all of West Africa;
• The synergy between the Delta Drone Group's two subsidiaries, Rocketmine Ghana and MTSI, has been exemplary and shows the complementary nature of their know-how. It could be the basis for many other collaborations, specifically for large-scale projects in the mining sector where digitization is becoming a reality;
• It will allow Rocketmine Ghana to expand the scope of its business development since the company had previously specialized exclusively in mining.

This assignment is scheduled to take place during the first quarter of 2020, and it will have a positive impact on the Group's 2020 accounts. It will contribute to improving the performance of the subsidiary, Rocketmine Ghana,

which already showed a profit in 2019.
