Mr. Ignacio Silva Alcalde, Chief Executive Officer of DEOLEO, S.A. (the "Company"), located at Alcolea (Córdoba) Ctra. N-IV (KM 388) -14610, a company with shares listed on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Bilbao, Valencia and Barcelona.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION

On January 21, 2021, the capital increase in the investee Deoleo Holding, S.L.U. has been recorded in the Mercantile Registry of Córdoba, executed through capitalization of the Necessarily Convertible Loan for an amount of 282.9 million euros. This corporate operation is part of the agreements reached by Deoleo S.A. in the financial restructuring operation which entered into force on June 24, 2020.

Deoleo Holding, S.L.U. has increased the number of share capital, by an additional amount of 2,885.58 euros, through the issuance of 28,290,000,000 Class B shares with a nominal value of 0.000000102 euros, representing 49.004% of the issued share capital, and which have been fully subscribed by the creditors of the Necessarily Convertible Loan by offsetting the credit rights of said loan. The capital increase is carried out with a total issuance premium of 282,897,114.42 euros.
