DG Innovate plc is a research and development company. The Company focuses on sustainable and environmentally considerate improvements in electric vehicle drive and energy storage technologies. Its activities are divided into two areas: Enhanced Drive Technology (EDT) and Enhanced Battery Technology (EBT). EDT provides electric motors and associated power electronic drive systems. The Company's electric drive technology platform, Pareta consists of a motor, high power inverter and control electronics, with a multi motor/inverter architecture. EBT is sodium-ion batteries that offer sustainable energy storage with energy density similar to or greater than current technologies with increased safety and reduced environmental footprint. The Company's energy storage technology encompasses a family of hard carbon anode materials produced from a sustainable bio waste product, specifically developed for use in sodium-ion batteries, with applications in existing lithium-ion battery production.
