FRANKFURT, April 15 (Reuters) - Deutsche Bank , Germany's largest lender, has a new big shareholder, a regulatory filing showed on Monday.
Capital Group holds 3.04% of the bank, up from 0.1% previously, the disclosure showed.
Capital Group didn't immediately respond to a request for comment. Deutsche Bank declined to comment.
The U.S. investor had a stake of more than 5% in Deutsche Bank before selling it down considerably, starting in 2022, filings show.
Deutsche Bank shares traded 0.6% lower late on Monday.
Capital Group was also once a top shareholder of Germany's Commerzbank before selling down its stake.
