Deutsche Boerse CEO says big M&A deal is not on the agenda

FRANKFURT (Reuters) - Deutsche Boerse is not planning a major merger or acquisition (M&A) at the moment, Chief Executive Officer Theodor Weimer said on Thursday.

M&A plays a significant role in the German exchange operator's strategy, but "a big deal is not on the agenda," Weimer told reporters.
