Berlin, 4 May 2020. Juliane Kieslinger is the new Head of Corporate Communication at the real estate company Deutsche Wohnen. As of 1st May 2020, the 37-year-old succeeded Manuela Damianakis, who has left the company of her own volition in order to explore new career opportunities.

Ms Kieslinger has been with Deutsche Wohnen for 11 years. Most recently she was responsible for the area Corporate Content as team leader. Before that, she worked in various areas of communication for the company, including press and public relations work, investor relations or corporate publishing. Over the past few years, Ms Kieslinger has built up the social media area of Deutsche Wohnen and since the summer of 2019 she has been the managing editor in the company's newsroom. She studied journalism, politics and psychology in Berlin, and real estate investment & finance in Oestrich-Winkel. In her new position, Ms Kieslinger will report to the Head of the Management Board, Michael Zahn.

Michael Zahn: "In her previous roles, Juliane Kieslinger served Deutsche Wohnen outstandingly well in numerous projects. Not only does she have the skills, she also has the energy and drive that Deutsche Wohnen needs now and in the future. We are delighted that she will be able to make an even greater contribution to the company in her new role."

This change in personnel is being accompanied by a restructuring of public relations activities at the publicly listed company. The existing areas of Corporate Content and Corporate Communication will now be merged to enable the development of an integrated corporate communication strategy.
