Dexin China Holdings Company Limited announced that pursuant to Rules 13.49(6) and 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules, the Company is required to publish its interim results for six months ended 30 June 2024 on or before 30 August 2024, and to dispatch the interim report for the six months ended 30 June 2024 to its shareholders on or before 30 September 2024. The Liquidators are undertaking steps to ascertain the current affairs of the Company and its subsidiaries and working with the Group's management to prepare the Group's financial statements for the six months ended 30 June 2024. As a result, the Liquidators expect that the Company will not be able to dispatch the 2024 Interim Report on or before 30 September 2024.
The Liquidators acknowledge that the delay in the publication of the 2024 Interim Results and delay in the dispatch of the 2024 Interim Report will constitute a non-compliance of Rules 13.49(6) and 13.48(1) of the Listing Rules. Further announcement regarding the publication of the 2024 Interim Results and the release of the 2024 Interim Report or any information will be made as and when appropriate as required by the Listing Rules.
