Diageo has been ranked as the number six company in Equileap's global report which highlights the status of gender equality within the largest companies in the world.

The Equileap report is an in-depth, cross-sector analysis of gender equality in 3,702 companies in 23 developed economies, representing 98 million employees. Equileap ranks businesses based on 19 gender equality criteria, including gender balance across the workforce, the gender pay gap, paid parental leave and anti-sexual harassment policies.

We're delighted to receive this recognition after recently being ranked as the top UK company for female leadership representation in the 2020 Hampton-Alexander Review, as well as a leading company globally for gender equality in the 2020 Bloomberg Gender Equality Index.
