Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. Appoints L’Quentus Thomas to Serve as A Director

On September 15, 2021, the Board of Directors of Diamond Hill Investment Group, Inc. appointed L’Quentus Thomas to serve as a director of the Company for a term ending at the Company’s 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The Board appointed Mr. Thomas, whom the Board determined is an independent director, upon the recommendation of its Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Thomas has been appointed to the Company's Audit Committee, Compensation Committee, and Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Thomas will stand for re-election at the Annual Meeting.
