DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2015

Digia Plc will disclose its financial statement bulletin for year 2014 on
Friday, 30 January 2015 at 8:00. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2015 as follows:

- Q1/2015 Interim Report: Thursday 30 April 2015 at 8:00
- Q2/2015 Interim Report: Friday 14 August 2015 at 8:00
- Q3/2015 Interim Report: Friday 30 October 2015 at 8:00

Digia plans to publish the financial statement and annual report for year 2014
on Monday 16 February, 2015. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2015 on Thursday, 12 March
2015, in Helsinki starting at 10:00.
