DIGIA'S FINANCIAL REPORTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING IN 2014

Digia Plc will disclose its financial statement bulletin for year 2013 on
Friday, 7 February 2014 at 9:00. 

The company will disclose its interim reports for 2014 as follows:
- Q1/2014 Interim Report: Wednesday 30 April 2014 at 9:00
- Q2/2014 Interim Report: Friday 8 August 2014 at 9:00
- Q3/2014 Interim Report: Friday 31 October 2014 at 9:00

Digia plans to publish the financial statement and annual report for year 2013
on Monday 17 February, 2014. 

Digia Plc will hold its Annual General Meeting for 2014 on Tuesday, 11 March
2014, in Helsinki starting at 10:00.
