Kakaku.com, Inc. (TSE:2371) agreed to acquire 70.3% stake in Pathee Inc. from Digital Holdings, Inc. (TSE:2389), Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (TSE:8031), Japan Ventures I L.P., managed by FIL Capital Management Limited and others for ¥515 million on September 21, 2022. For the year ended December 31, 2022, Pathee Inc reported Net assets of ¥-99 million, Total assets of ¥105 million, Revenue of ¥53 million, Operating income of ¥-183 million, and Net income of ¥-184 million. The acquisition is expected to close on October 3, 2022.
