OPT Holding, Inc. (TSE:2389) agreed to acquire remaining 49% stake in Platform ID, Inc. from CCC Marketing Co., Ltd. in December 21, 2017. OPT Holding will acquire 490 shares of Platform ID. Upon completion, Platform ID will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of OPT Holding. The Board of OPT Holding passed a resolution on the transaction on December 21, 2017. The expected joint venture cancellation agreement date is December 22, 2017 and the expected acquisition date is December 25, 2017.
