Digiworld Corporation announced that at its AGM to be held on June 29, 2020, proposed to pay cash dividend of 10% (VND 1,000 per share).
The company also provided earnings guidance for the year 2020. For the year, the company expects revenue of VND 10.200 billion and profit after tax of VND 202 billion.
The company also proposed to amend and supplement its charter.
