Digiworld (Digiworld Corporation - 'DGW') has been appointed by FREETEL (Japan) as the authorised distributor and being in charge of market expansion services (MES). This co-operation proves that Digiworld keeps seeking open market share in new markets.

Under entrepreneurs' view, Vietnam market is composed of potential and challenges because of the population of 94 million people and the young's penetration in high-tech product. However, it is challenging to gain the market against those giants like Apple, Samsung, etc in many years. Hence, FREETEL has counted on Digiworld as the sole corporation to deliver MES. Specifically, Digiworld is in charge of market analysis, marketing, sales, after-sales services, etc., which are beyond the conventional responsibilities in sales and logistics of plain distributors.

With respect to this strategic 'handshake' with FREETEL, Mr. Doan Hong Viet - Chairman cum CEO of Digiworld states that the partnership with FREETEL is a part of Blue Ocean Strategy that Digiworld has been keen on so far.

In terms of business, 'blue ocean' is the business strategy which aims to open up new markets, new demands instead of competing in the current market share. To pusue, the corporation is obliged to create breakthrough, bring remarkable added values for both buyer and seller as well as segment their market.

Accordingly, co-operation between Digiworld's and FREETEL indicates the strategy execution of Digiworld - the corporation listed on the Hochiminh city Stock Exchange (HOSE). Digiworld leaders believe in the firm success of FREETEL as its products greatly feature Japan style: sophisticated design, high quality, cutting-edge technology etc.
