Dilip Buildcon Limited Issues Non Convertible Debentures and Issuance of Commercial Paper on Private Placement Basis

Dilip Buildcon Limited announced that the issuance of non-convertible debentures on private placement basis upto an amount not exceeding INR 10,000 million, and approved the issuance of commercial paper on private placement basis upto an amount not exceeding INR 10,000 million.
