Dinkelacker AG is a Germany-based Real Estate Company. It is structured in two divisions: Commercial Property, which specializes in renting flats and garages, and Residential Property that operates with retail customers, business customers and gastronomy representatives. The Company, through its eight subsidiaries and two affiliated companies, based in Stuttgart and Heilbronn, Germany, is engaged in the development, management, sale and rental of commercial, residential and retail real estate. As of September 30, 2011, the Company's real estate portfolio included 78 properties with an aggregate space of 60,761 square meters, mainly in the southern German city of Stuttgart, but also in Esslingen, Heilbronn, Pforzheim and Sachsen, among others. The Company's portfolio also included 9,153 square meters of undeveloped area and 12,746 square meters of agricultural and forestry plots of real estate.
