Diös announced that the company is acquiring a property of 16,000 meter square in central Östersund, plus a smaller property of 5,500 meter square in the centre of Sollefteå. The seller is Norells Fastighetsförvaltning. Transfer of ownership will take place during the first quarter of 2022. The property in Östersund is comprised of offices, residences and urban services. The property in Sollefteå is comprised of residences and urban services. Annual rental value amounts to SEK 19 million, the occupancy rate is at 90% and the average duration of contract is three years. The seller receives circa 6% of the payment by transfer of Diös's own repurchased shares. The transaction will be reported in the first quarter of 2022.
